1. Placement Accuracy & Dual-Camera / CCD Vision Alignment
Standard catalog labeling machines cover ±3 mm down to ±0.05 mm (dual-camera vision labeler at ±0.05 mm; semi-automatic high-precision labeler at ±0.3 mm). Automatic tape applicators cover ±2 mm down to ±0.5 mm (CCD vision-aligned auto-loading tape applicator at ±0.5 mm, ~1,200 pcs/h). All accuracy ratings represent the machine’s own placement deviation and exclude product and label/tape tolerances.
2. Full Label & Industrial Tape Material Compatibility
Labeling systems run roll-fed coated paper, synthetic paper, clear PET/PVC, tamper-evident seals, barcode labels and high-temperature labels. Tape applicators run 3M double-sided tape, acrylic foam tape, VHB tape, polyimide high-temperature (gold-finger) tape, conductive fabric tape, acetate cloth tape and protective films up to 450 mm wide.
3. Automatic Liner Peeling, Bubble Control & Non-Stick Cutting
Elastic double-sided and foam tapes easily stretch or stick to cutter blades. YIXING offers three dedicated taping head configurations — liner-peeling, non-peeling, and waste-rewinding — paired with pneumatic instant cut-off and constant-pressure roller lamination at 500 mm/s to prevent stringing, blade fouling and air bubbles.
4. Multi-Axis Trajectories & Complex Container Geometries
Labelers handle upright positioning (30–60 pcs/min), roll-rubbing wrap (60–120 pcs/min), horizontal roller feeding for unstable vials/tubes (100–200 pcs/min), top/bottom surfaces, front-and-back flat bottles, corner seals, card/bag feeding, real-time print-and-apply and cable flags. Tape applicators cover 300×300 mm desktop, 650×650 mm floor 2-axis & rotary liner-peeling, 500×1000 mm rotary head, 3-axis contours and inline conveyor taping.
