Semi-Automatic Double-Side Labeling Machine

The YIXING semi-automatic double-side labeling machine labels both sides of flat, round and square bottles at the same time as they pass on the conveyor, or just one side when needed. It works at ±1 mm accuracy and 25–60 pcs/min and takes labels 6–300 mm long with liner widths of 6–230 mm.

Automatic Side Labeling Machine

The YIXING automatic side labeling machine labels the side of products carried one by one on a conveyor, at ±1 mm accuracy and 40–120 pcs/min. It comes in a basic and a standard version, and its powered top hold-down can be left out when the products are heavy.

Automatic Double-Side Labeling Machine

The YIXING automatic double-side labeling machine labels both sides of flat, round and square bottles at once on the conveyor, at 60–150 pcs/min and ±2 mm accuracy. It takes products 20–250 mm long, 30–90 mm wide and 60–280 mm high, and an optional round-bottle mechanism adds half or full wrap-around labeling.

Automatic Three-Side Labeling Machine

The YIXING automatic three-side labeling machine labels three faces of square products at ±1 mm accuracy (±2 mm on the bottom surface) and 30–60 pcs/min. Products can be placed on the conveyor one by one or flow in directly from other equipment; the machine is rated at 1.7 kW and weighs 230 kg.

Automatic Corner Seal Labeling Machine

The YIXING automatic corner seal labeling machine applies 90° corner seal labels to boxes and other products, one to four seals as required, at 40–80 pcs/min and ±1 mm accuracy. It runs stand-alone or connected to a cartoner, and is built to order in a basic or a standard version.
