Overview
This machine applies side labels to flat, round and square bottles, on one side or on both. Typical products are flat shampoo bottles, flat lubricant bottles and engine-oil bottles, and the brochure also shows plastic tubs labeled on two sides. Products are placed on the conveyor one by one and both sides are labeled at the same time at the labeling station, so front and back labels are finished together.
It handles products 30–300 mm long, 30–100 mm wide and 50–320 mm high, with labels 6–300 mm long and 6–230 mm wide (liner width); larger labels can be custom-built, which suits large side labels.
