Vision-Guided Precision Labeling Machine

The YIXING vision-guided labeling machine places labels and precision converted components at ±0.05 mm. A label feeder presents each label, an XYZR-axis module picks it up, and upper and lower cameras take positioning images before application. It runs at 15–25 pcs/min on chargers, PCBs and irregular-shaped products.

Roll-to-Roll Labeling Machine (Label-on-Label / Label-on-Film)

The YIXING roll-to-roll labeling machine applies labels onto another label web or onto film. The base material runs from unwind to rewind, and the labeler in the middle detects each labeling point and applies the label. It runs at 100–200 pcs/min with ±0.5 mm accuracy and takes rolls up to 300 mm in outer diameter.

Inline Labeling Heads for Conveyor Lines (5 Types)

YIXING inline labeling heads add a labeling station to an existing conveyor. Mounted beside the customer's line, they label the top or side of each product at the labeling position. Five head types (A–E) cover roll-on application for flat products and suction for recessed ones, at 1–120 pcs/min and ±1 mm.
