Factory-direct automation for labeling and tape application

Machines that feed, cut and apply double-sided, 3M, transparent and high-temperature tape — desktop, floor-standing, inline and vision-aligned models.

For wrap-around labeling of cylindrical bottles and jars, and for one-face or multi-face labeling of round, square, flat, hexagonal and triangular bottles. Semi-automatic models suit small batches with frequent changeovers; upright automatic models handle larger bottles that stand on their own; the horizontal automatic model handles slim items that cannot stand — filters, oral-liquid vials, injection vials, syringes and lipstick tubes.

For flat-surface labeling of bags, boxes, plastic lids, books, folders and cartons. Semi-automatic models position the product in a fixture and apply labels by suction or rolling with ±0.3–0.5 mm accuracy; automatic models label continuously on a conveyor — top, bottom or both at once — and the incline high-speed model reaches 120–200 pcs/min.

For side labeling, simultaneous two-side labeling of flat and square bottles, three-side labeling of square products, and 90° corner seal labels on boxes — shampoo, lubricant, engine-oil and detergent bottles, color boxes and more. A coder, inkjet printer or label printer can be added.

These machines take a stack of cards, bags, color boxes, hang tags or flat carton blanks, separate them one by one, label them and stack them — no manual placing. Choose by product stiffness and feeding method: card dispensing, vacuum page feeding for soft bags, a lifting platform for large loads, or the carton model. The card-dispensing, vacuum page-feeding and carton models can take an added coder, inkjet coder or label printer.

The printer receives data and prints QR codes, barcodes, production dates or specifications in real time, and the label is applied automatically. The printer brand and model can be chosen. Machines can be mounted on your existing conveyor or supplied with their own conveyor.

Labels are folded over slim workpieces — power cords, data cables, wire harnesses, tubes, lollipop sticks, jelly cups, hardware — to form flag labels. Changing the fixture adapts the machine to other diameters; accuracy is ±0.3 mm.

This group covers the vision-guided labeler (±0.05 mm, for chargers, PCBs and irregular precision parts), the roll-to-roll labeler (label-on-label and label-on-film), and five inline labeling heads that mount onto a customer's conveyor.
