Overview
This semi-automatic labeler applies wrap-around labels to cylindrical products such as xylitol gum bottles, cosmetic bottles, pharmaceutical bottles and chemical bottles. The operator lays each bottle on the machine, labeling is triggered by a sensor or a foot pedal, and the labeled bottle is taken off — one in, one out. It suits small batches with frequent product changes, and plants taking their first step away from hand labeling.
Two versions match different workshops: the pneumatic-electric version is for plants that already run an air compressor, while the all-electric version needs no compressed air at all. The machine measures approx. 920 × 480 × 500 mm, weighs 45 kg and runs on 220 V / 50 Hz, so it fits into small spaces and moves easily between lines.
It can apply a single label or two labels, with the gap between the two labels freely adjustable. An optional circumferential positioning sensor places the label at a fixed point on the bottle, and an optional ribbon coder prints batch numbers and dates on the label in the same step.
