Quick answers
- The YIXING automatic positioning round bottle labeling machine runs at 30–60 pcs/min with ±1 mm labeling accuracy (excluding product and label tolerances).
- The YIXING automatic positioning round bottle labeler handles upright cylindrical products Ø20–100 mm in diameter and 25–300 mm tall, and can be customized to any product size.
- The YIXING automatic positioning round bottle labeler applies single or double labels with adjustable spacing, in partial or full wrap, using labels 20–320 mm long and 15–160 mm wide.
- The YIXING automatic positioning round bottle labeler measures approx. 2100 × 1100 × 1300 mm, weighs 185 kg and runs on 220 V / 50 Hz.
- On the YIXING automatic positioning round bottle labeler, each bottle is conveyed upright, rotated one full turn during labeling and then discharged; an optional circumferential positioning sensor enables fixed-point labeling.
Overview
This automatic labeler is built for larger cylindrical products that stand upright: xylitol gum bottles, cosmetic bottles, pharmaceutical bottles, chemical bottles and liquor bottles. Bottles are placed upright on the machine, conveyed to the labeling station, rotated one full turn while the label is applied, and then discharged. Output is 30–60 pcs/min depending on product and label size, a step up for plants whose volumes have outgrown semi-automatic labeling.
Its focus is control over where the label lands. The machine applies a single label or two labels with freely adjustable spacing, for example a front and a back label on the same bottle. It runs partial-wrap and full-wrap labels, and the optional circumferential positioning sensor places each label at a fixed point on the circumference, so the label sits in the same spot on every bottle. Labeling accuracy is ±1 mm (excluding product and label tolerances).
The standard range covers bottles Ø20–100 mm in diameter and 25–300 mm tall, with labels 20–320 mm long and 15–160 mm wide (liner width). Larger labels can be custom-built, and the machine can be customized to any product size. An optional ribbon coder prints batch numbers and dates on the label in the same process. The machine measures approx. 2100 × 1100 × 1300 mm, weighs 185 kg and runs on 220 V / 50 Hz.
How it works
- 1 Place the bottles upright on the machine
- 2 The machine conveys each bottle to the labeling station
- 3 The bottle rotates one full turn while the label is applied — single or double label, partial or full wrap (fixed-point placement with the optional positioning sensor)
- 4 The labeled bottle is discharged
Key advantages
Upright feeding, one-turn labeling
Bottles travel upright to the labeling station, turn once as the label is applied and are discharged by the machine.
30–60 pcs/min
Fully automatic output of 30–60 pcs/min, depending on product and label size.
One label or two
Run a single label, or two labels on the same bottle with freely adjustable spacing between them.
Partial or full wrap
Run partial-wrap or full-wrap labels on the same machine, with label lengths from 20 to 320 mm.
Fixed-point placement
With the optional circumferential positioning sensor, every label lands at the same point on the bottle's circumference.
Custom sizes on request
Standard range Ø20–100 mm and 25–300 mm tall; larger labels and any product size can be custom-built.

Selection tips
- Single label only and speed matters most: the automatic roll-rubbing wrap-around labeler runs at 60–120 pcs/min (±2 mm).
- Slim products that cannot stand, such as oral liquid vials, injection vials and lipstick tubes: choose the automatic horizontal round bottle labeler (100–200 pcs/min).
- Low volumes of Ø10–120 mm bottles: the semi-automatic round bottle labeler (15–30 pcs/min) needs much less floor space.
- Square, flat or hexagonal bottles labeled on several faces: choose the semi-automatic roll-on + rotary multi-face labeler.
