Overview
This semi-automatic labeler is for plants that run many bottle shapes: one machine labels round, square, flat, hexagonal and triangular bottles, on a single face or on several faces. It is used mainly in cosmetics, food and household products, for example shampoo bottles, red wine bottles, medicine bottles and food bottles, and the brochure samples include trigger spray bottles and other shaped plastic bottles.
As the name says, it combines front-and-back roll-on labeling with rotary labeling. The operator places each product in a fixture and the label is applied by rolling, which avoids air bubbles under the label. Labeling accuracy is ±0.5 mm (excluding product and label tolerances) and speed is 15–25 pcs/min depending on product and label size, a good match for small batches of many SKUs.
It accepts products 20–150 mm long, 20–150 mm wide and 0.2–300 mm high, with labels 15–100 mm long and 15–170 mm wide (liner width); larger labels are available as a custom build. A ribbon coder can be added to print production dates and batch numbers. The unit is approx. 850 × 410 × 720 mm and 59 kg, on 220 V / 50 Hz.
How it works
- 1 Place the bottle in the fixture
- 2 Apply the label by rolling (front-and-back roll-on or rotary labeling)
- 3 Label a single face, or several faces, as the product requires
- 4 Take the bottle out and load the next
Key advantages
Five bottle shapes, one machine
Round, square, flat, hexagonal and triangular bottles all run on the same labeler.
One face or several
Apply a single label to one face, or label several faces of the same bottle.
Rolling avoids bubbles
Labels are applied by rolling, which avoids air bubbles, as on the trigger spray and shaped plastic bottle samples.
Fixture-held, ±0.5 mm
Each product sits in a fixture during labeling, for ±0.5 mm accuracy (excluding product and label tolerances).
Optional ribbon coder
Print production dates and batch numbers on the label during labeling.
Compact 59 kg unit
Approx. 850 × 410 × 720 mm and 59 kg, on 220 V / 50 Hz.

Selection tips
- If you only wrap labels around round bottles, the semi-automatic round bottle labeler (Ø10–120 mm, 15–30 pcs/min) is a closer fit.
- Mostly multi-face work, or tapered bottles: consider the semi-automatic rotary multi-face labeler (tapered bottles can be handled with a custom build).
- Both sides of flat or square bottles at once, at higher output: the semi-automatic double-side labeler runs at 25–60 pcs/min.
- Large labels on flat products such as phone-case film: choose the semi-automatic front-and-back roll-on labeler.
