How to choose

Semi-Automatic Flat Surface Labeling Machine

The YIXING semi-automatic flat surface labeling machine applies labels to the top surface of bags, boxes and plastic lids by suction, with vacuum and air-blow working together. Products are placed one at a time in a fixture; accuracy is ±0.5 mm at 15–25 pcs/min, for items up to 200 × 200 mm and 120 mm tall.

Semi-Automatic High-Precision Labeling Machine

The YIXING semi-automatic high-precision labeling machine applies small labels to the top surface of electronic components, bags, boxes and plastic lids at ±0.3 mm accuracy. Products sit one at a time in a fixture and labels are applied by suction (vacuum + air-blow) at 15–25 pcs/min. It needs 0.4–0.6 MPa air.

Semi-Automatic Front-and-Back Roll-On Labeling Machine

The YIXING semi-automatic front-and-back roll-on labeling machine is for phone-case film and products with large labels. The product is held in a fixture and the label is rolled on, which avoids air bubbles. It works at ±0.5 mm and 15–25 pcs/min, takes products up to 300 mm high and weighs 55 kg.
