Quick answers
- The YIXING automatic top-and-bottom labeling machine labels the top and bottom surfaces of a product at the same time, at ±1 mm accuracy and ±2 mm on the bottom surface.
- The YIXING automatic top-and-bottom labeler runs at 30–60 pcs/min and takes labels 6–250 mm long and 6–150 mm wide.
- The YIXING automatic top-and-bottom labeler uses different label pressing mechanisms for different products and suits paper boxes, plastic boxes and floss pick boxes.
- The YIXING automatic top-and-bottom labeler measures approx. 2000 × 1000 × 1350 mm, weighs 230 kg and runs on 220 V / 50 Hz.
- The YIXING automatic top-and-bottom labeler can add a ribbon coder, inkjet coder or label printer and is widely used in food, stationery and personal care production.
Overview
This machine is for boxes that need a label on both the top and the bottom: paper boxes, plastic boxes and floss pick boxes, with round plastic boxes shown in the brochure samples. Products are placed on the conveyor one by one and receive their top and bottom labels simultaneously at the labeling station, so both faces are done in a single pass. It is widely used in the food, stationery and personal care industries.
After application, a label pressing (wipe-down) mechanism presses the labels down; different products use different pressing mechanisms, and the product is then discharged. Accuracy is ±1 mm, with ±2 mm on the bottom surface (excluding product and label tolerances), and speed is 30–60 pcs/min depending on product and label size. Product handling is customized to your samples; labels can be 6–250 mm long and 6–150 mm wide (liner width), and larger labels can be custom-built.
Coding is optional: a ribbon coder, inkjet coder or label printer can print production dates, batch numbers or barcodes on the label, and an inkjet coder mounted on the conveyor can print on the product before or after labeling. The machine measures approx. 2000 × 1000 × 1350 mm, weighs 230 kg and runs on 220 V / 50 Hz.
How it works
- 1 Place the paper or plastic boxes on the conveyor one by one
- 2 At the labeling station, labels are applied to the top and bottom surfaces at the same time
- 3 A label pressing mechanism chosen for the product presses the labels down
- 4 The labeled product is discharged
Key advantages
Top and bottom at once
Both faces are labeled at the same station at the same time, so there is no second pass for the other face.
Pressing matched to the product
Different products use different label pressing mechanisms, chosen for paper boxes, plastic boxes and similar items.
Accuracy stated per face
±1 mm overall and ±2 mm on the bottom surface (excluding product and label tolerances).
30–60 pcs/min
Labeling speed of 30–60 pcs/min, depending on product and label size.
Label printer option
Besides a ribbon or inkjet coder, a label printer can be added to print dates, batch numbers and barcodes on the label.
Conveyor inkjet coding
An inkjet coder on the conveyor prints dates, batch numbers and barcodes on the product before or after labeling.

Selection tips
- Top only: choose the automatic flat top-surface labeler (40–120 pcs/min). Bottom only, without flipping: choose the automatic bottom-surface labeler.
- Top and bottom at 120–200 pcs/min: consider the custom-built high-speed incline labeler.
- Small parts that need ±0.5 mm suction labeling on top and bottom: choose the automatic high-precision labeler.
- Square products labeled on three faces: choose the automatic three-side labeler.
