Quick answers
- The YIXING semi-automatic flat surface labeling machine applies top labels by suction (vacuum + air-blow) at ±0.5 mm accuracy (excluding product and label tolerances).
- The YIXING semi-automatic flat surface labeler runs at 15–25 pcs/min and takes products 20–200 mm long, 20–200 mm wide and 0.2–120 mm high.
- The YIXING semi-automatic flat surface labeler handles labels 15–100 mm long and 15–170 mm wide, and larger labels can be custom-built.
- The YIXING semi-automatic flat surface labeler measures approx. 850 × 410 × 720 mm, weighs 41 kg and runs on 220 V / 50 Hz.
- The YIXING semi-automatic flat surface labeler labels packaging bags, boxes and plastic lids placed one at a time in a fixture, with an optional coder for dates and batch numbers.
Overview
This semi-automatic labeler puts labels on the top surface of packaging bags, boxes and plastic lids; the brochure samples also show clear sheets and irregular plastic parts. The operator places each product in a fixture, and the machine picks up the label by vacuum and applies it with a combined suction and air-blow action. It suits small batches of many SKUs and is a practical replacement for hand labeling.
The fixture keeps each product in the same position, giving ±0.5 mm labeling accuracy (excluding product and label tolerances) at 15–25 pcs/min, depending on product and label size. Products from 20 to 200 mm long, 20 to 200 mm wide and 0.2 to 120 mm high fit the machine, from thin sheets to fairly tall boxes.
Labels can be 15–100 mm long and 15–170 mm wide (liner width), and larger labels can be custom-built. Add the optional coder and dates and batch numbers are printed right on the label. At approx. 850 × 410 × 720 mm and 41 kg on 220 V / 50 Hz, the machine is easy to move and set up.
How it works
- 1 The operator places each product in the fixture
- 2 The machine picks up the label by vacuum suction
- 3 Suction and air-blow work together to apply the label to the top surface
- 4 Take out the labeled product and repeat
Key advantages
Suction application
Vacuum suction and air-blow work together to place the label on the product's top surface.
±0.5 mm with a fixture
Each product is located in a fixture for ±0.5 mm accuracy (excluding product and label tolerances).
Wide product range
Products 20–200 mm long and wide and 0.2–120 mm high: sheets, bags and boxes.
Liner widths up to 170 mm
Labels 15–100 mm long and 15–170 mm wide (liner width); bigger labels to order.
Light 41 kg unit
Approx. 850 × 410 × 720 mm on 220 V / 50 Hz, easy to place in the workshop.
Optional coder
Print production dates and batch numbers on the label and drop a separate coding step.

Selection tips
- Accuracy of ±0.3 mm, or small labels on electronic components: choose the semi-automatic high-precision labeler.
- Large labels that must go on without bubbles (e.g. phone-case film): choose the semi-automatic front-and-back roll-on labeler.
- Continuous, high-volume top labeling: the automatic flat top-surface labeler runs at 40–120 pcs/min.
- Automatic suction labeling on the top, bottom or both surfaces: the automatic high-precision top & bottom labeler runs at 25–35 pcs/min.
