Quick answers
- The YIXING semi-automatic front-and-back roll-on labeling machine rolls labels on to avoid air bubbles and suits phone-case film and large labels, at ±0.5 mm accuracy.
- The YIXING semi-automatic front-and-back roll-on labeler runs at 15–25 pcs/min and accepts products 20–150 mm long, 20–150 mm wide and 0.2–300 mm high.
- The YIXING semi-automatic front-and-back roll-on labeler takes labels 15–100 mm long and 15–170 mm wide, and larger labels can be custom-built.
- The YIXING semi-automatic front-and-back roll-on labeler measures approx. 850 × 410 × 720 mm, weighs 55 kg and runs on 220 V / 50 Hz.
- On the YIXING semi-automatic front-and-back roll-on labeler, each product is held in a fixture during rolling, and an optional ribbon coder prints production dates and batch numbers.
Overview
This semi-automatic labeler is intended for two jobs: applying phone-case film, and labeling products that carry fairly large labels. It applies labels by rolling rather than by suction, which avoids air bubbles on large labels. Brochure samples include long, large-format labels, a large label on a plastic jerry can and a product positioned in a fixture.
Held in a fixture, the product is labeled at ±0.5 mm accuracy (excluding product and label tolerances) and 15–25 pcs/min, depending on product and label size. Products can be 20–150 mm long and 20–150 mm wide, with a height range of 0.2–300 mm, enough for thin flat items as well as taller containers like the jerry can in the samples.
Labels from 15 to 100 mm long and 15 to 170 mm wide (liner width) are supported; larger labels can be custom-built. A ribbon coder can be added to print production dates and batch numbers, cutting out a process step. Machine size is approx. 850 × 410 × 720 mm, weight 55 kg, power 220 V / 50 Hz.
How it works
- 1 Place the product in the fixture
- 2 The label is rolled onto the product surface, avoiding air bubbles
- 3 Remove the labeled product and load the next one
Key advantages
Roll-on, not suction
Labels are rolled on rather than applied by suction, which avoids air bubbles on larger labels.
Phone-case film
Suited to applying phone-case film as well as long, large-format labels.
Products up to 300 mm high
Products 20–150 mm long and wide with heights from 0.2 to 300 mm fit the fixture.
±0.5 mm in a fixture
Each product is held in a fixture for ±0.5 mm accuracy (excluding product and label tolerances).
Ribbon coder on request
Prints production dates and batch numbers on the label in the same operation.
55 kg semi-automatic unit
Approx. 850 × 410 × 720 mm, running on 220 V / 50 Hz.

Applications
Suitable products
- Phone cases (case film)
- Plastic jerry cans
- Products with long labels
- Flat products with large labels
- Fixture-positioned parts
Industries
- Phone accessories
- Consumer electronics
- Plastic products
Typical scenarios
- Applying film to phone cases
- Rolling on large or long labels without trapped air
- Large labels on taller products such as jerry cans
- Labeling combined with date and batch coding
Options and customization
- Ribbon coder for production dates and batch numbers
- Larger labels built to order
Selection tips
- Small labels at ±0.3 mm: choose the semi-automatic high-precision labeler.
- Ordinary flat items with smaller labels, where suction application is fine: the semi-automatic flat surface labeler takes products up to 200 × 200 mm.
- Bottles labeled on one face or several (round, square, flat, hexagonal, triangular): choose the semi-automatic roll-on + rotary multi-face labeler.
- Continuous high-volume flat labeling: the automatic flat top-surface labeler runs at 40–120 pcs/min.
