Quick answers
- The YIXING semi-automatic high-precision labeling machine labels at ±0.3 mm accuracy (excluding product and label tolerances) and 15–25 pcs/min.
- The YIXING semi-automatic high-precision labeler applies top labels by suction to products 20–200 mm long, 20–180 mm wide and 0.2–75 mm high.
- The YIXING semi-automatic high-precision labeler takes labels 10–60 mm long and 6–70 mm wide, suited to small labels on electronic components.
- The YIXING semi-automatic high-precision labeler measures approx. 550 × 420 × 780 mm, weighs 67 kg, and needs 0.4–0.6 MPa air and 220 V / 50 Hz power.
- The YIXING semi-automatic high-precision labeler (±0.3 mm) labels the top surface of bags, boxes, plastic lids and electronic components, with an optional coder for dates and batch numbers.
Overview
When label position really matters, this machine delivers ±0.3 mm labeling accuracy (excluding product and label tolerances) on flat top surfaces. It is suited to electronic components as well as packaging bags, boxes and plastic lids; the brochure samples show plastic trays, clear bags and hexagonal parts.
Each part is placed in a fixture, and the machine applies the label by suction, with vacuum and air-blow acting together, at 15–25 pcs/min depending on product and label size. Its label range favors small labels, 10–60 mm long and 6–70 mm wide (liner width), with larger labels available as custom builds. Products 20–200 mm long, 20–180 mm wide and 0.2–75 mm high are supported.
The machine measures approx. 550 × 420 × 780 mm, weighs 67 kg, runs on 220 V / 50 Hz and needs compressed air at 0.4–0.6 MPa. The brochure also shows it mounted on a floor cabinet. An optional coder prints production dates and batch numbers on the label.
How it works
- 1 Place each part in the fixture
- 2 The label is held by vacuum suction
- 3 Vacuum and air-blow act together to place the label on the part's top surface
- 4 Unload the labeled part and load the next
Key advantages
±0.3 mm accuracy
±0.3 mm labeling accuracy (excluding product and label tolerances) for jobs where label position is critical.
Small labels, placed precisely
Labels 10–60 mm long and 6–70 mm wide are applied by vacuum suction and air-blow, suited to electronic components.
Compact 550 × 420 mm footprint
Approx. 550 × 420 × 780 mm and 67 kg; the brochure also shows it on a floor cabinet.
Fixture positioning
Parts 20–200 mm long, 20–180 mm wide and 0.2–75 mm high are located in a fixture for each label.
0.4–0.6 MPa air supply
Runs on 220 V / 50 Hz with compressed air at 0.4–0.6 MPa.
Optional coder
Prints production dates and batch numbers onto the label.

Industries: ElectronicsPlastics & injection parts All industries
Options and customization
- Date and batch coder
- Custom builds for labels beyond 60 mm long or 70 mm wide
Selection tips
- Labels longer than 60 mm or products taller than 75 mm: the semi-automatic flat surface labeler takes labels 15–100 mm long and products up to 120 mm high.
- Even tighter tolerances on precision parts or PCBs: the vision-guided labeler reaches ±0.05 mm.
- Higher output with automatic suction labeling on top, bottom or both surfaces: the automatic high-precision top & bottom labeler runs at 25–35 pcs/min.
- Large labels that must go on without bubbles: choose the semi-automatic front-and-back roll-on labeler.
