Quick answers
- The YIXING automatic high-precision labeling machine applies labels by suction (vacuum and air blow) at ±0.5 mm accuracy and 25–35 pcs/min.
- The YIXING automatic high-precision labeler can be configured to label the top, bottom, or top and bottom surfaces of bags, boxes, plastic lids and electronic products.
- The YIXING automatic high-precision labeler handles products 20–150 mm long and wide and 0.2–75 mm high, with labels 10–60 mm long and 8–70 mm wide.
- The YIXING automatic high-precision labeler needs 0.4–0.6 MPa compressed air, measures approx. 1800 × 1000 × 1450 mm and weighs 185 kg.
- On the YIXING automatic high-precision labeler, speed depends on the number of labeling heads, and an optional ribbon coder prints dates and batch numbers on the label.
Overview
This labeler is built for small products where label position matters: plastic lids and caps, boxes, bags and electronic parts. Each product is placed in a fixture, and the label is applied by suction — vacuum and air blow working together — at ±0.5 mm accuracy (excluding product and label tolerances), which suits lids, housings and other small label areas.
The labeling surface is configured to your requirement: top, bottom, or top and bottom. Labeling speed is 25–35 pcs/min and depends on product and label size as well as on the number of labeling heads; the machine pictured in the brochure has a dual-head configuration.
It takes products 20–150 mm long, 20–150 mm wide and 0.2–75 mm high, with labels 10–60 mm long and 8–70 mm wide (liner width); larger labels can be custom-built. The machine needs compressed air at 0.4–0.6 MPa, measures approx. 1800 × 1000 × 1450 mm, weighs 185 kg and runs on 220 V / 50 Hz. An optional ribbon coder prints production dates and batch numbers on the label, saving a separate step.
How it works
- 1 Place each product in the fixture
- 2 The labeling head picks up the label by suction (vacuum and air blow working together)
- 3 The label is applied to the top, bottom or both surfaces, depending on the machine configuration
Key advantages
±0.5 mm suction labeling
Vacuum and air blow work together to apply the label at ±0.5 mm (excluding product and label tolerances), suited to small label areas on lids and housings.
Top, bottom or both
Configure the machine to label the top surface, the bottom surface, or both, all with the same suction method.
Fixture positioning
Products are placed one by one in a fixture before labeling, which suits round lids, caps and plastic housings.
Speed depends on head count
25–35 pcs/min, depending on product and label size and on the number of labeling heads; the brochure shows a dual-head configuration.
Parts from 0.2 mm high
Handles products 0.2–75 mm high and 20–150 mm long and wide, from thin items to lids and small boxes.
Optional coding
Add a ribbon coder to print production dates and batch numbers on the label as part of the labeling step.

Selection tips
- For single small parts that need tighter accuracy (±0.3 mm), choose the semi-automatic high-precision labeler.
- For continuous top labeling of books, boxes and cartons on a conveyor, choose the automatic flat top-surface labeler (40–120 pcs/min).
- For paper or plastic boxes labeled top and bottom on a conveyor, choose the automatic top-and-bottom labeler (30–60 pcs/min).
- For precision parts such as chargers and PCBs that need vision positioning (±0.05 mm), choose the vision-guided precision labeler.
