Quick answers
- The YIXING automatic bottom-surface labeling machine labels the underside of products without flipping them first, at ±2 mm accuracy and 40–80 pcs/min.
- The YIXING automatic bottom-surface labeler takes labels 6–250 mm long and 6–150 mm wide, with product handling customized to the customer's samples.
- The YIXING automatic bottom-surface labeler can be linked to equipment before and after it; it measures approx. 1700 × 1000 × 1350 mm, weighs 150 kg and runs on 220 V / 50 Hz.
- The YIXING automatic bottom-surface labeler accepts an optional ribbon or inkjet coder, or a conveyor inkjet coder that prints dates, batch numbers and barcodes before or after labeling.
- The YIXING automatic bottom-surface labeler is widely used in food, stationery and personal care production; brochure samples include clear plastic boxes and clear jars labeled on the bottom.
Overview
This machine is dedicated to labeling the bottom (underside) of products. Its main advantage is that products do not need to be turned over upstream: they travel on the conveyor in their normal orientation and receive the label on the bottom surface at the labeling station. Brochure samples include clear plastic boxes and clear jars labeled on the bottom.
The labeler can be connected to other equipment before and after it, so it slots into an existing line, and product handling is sized to the samples the customer provides. Accuracy is ±2 mm (excluding product and label tolerances) and speed is 40–80 pcs/min, depending on product and label size. It accepts labels 6–250 mm long on liners 6–150 mm wide, and larger labels can be custom-built.
Add a ribbon coder or inkjet coder to print production dates, batch numbers or barcodes on the label, or fit an inkjet coder to the conveyor to print on the product itself before or after labeling. The machine measures approx. 1700 × 1000 × 1350 mm, weighs 150 kg, runs on 220 V / 50 Hz, and is widely used in the food, stationery and personal care industries.
How it works
- 1 Place the products on the conveyor one by one in their normal orientation, with no flipping
- 2 The products ride the conveyor into the labeling position
- 3 The label is applied to the bottom surface
Key advantages
Bottom labels without flipping
No upstream turning of the product: the label goes on the underside while the product travels on the conveyor.
Links to other equipment
Can be connected to machines before and after it, working as the bottom-labeling station in a line.
Sized to your samples
Product handling is customized to the samples you provide, from clear plastic boxes to clear jars.
40–80 pcs/min
Labels at 40–80 pcs/min with ±2 mm accuracy (excluding product and label tolerances).
Coding options
A ribbon or inkjet coder marks the label, or a conveyor-mounted inkjet coder prints dates, batch numbers and barcodes on the product before or after labeling.
Label range
Labels 6–250 mm long and 6–150 mm wide (liner width); larger labels can be custom-built.

Selection tips
- If only the top needs a label, choose the automatic flat top-surface labeler (40–120 pcs/min).
- For labels on top and bottom at the same time, choose the automatic top-and-bottom labeler; for 120–200 pcs/min, consider the high-speed incline labeler.
- For small parts that need ±0.5 mm on the bottom, choose the automatic high-precision labeler, which can be configured for bottom-surface suction labeling.
