The YIXING floor-standing rotary-head tape applicator holds the part on its table by vacuum or a fixture and rotates the tape head to lay multiple horizontal and vertical strips. Tape Applicator Heads: Liner-Peeling, Non-Peeling and Waste-Rewinding

YIXING offers three tape applicator heads: a liner-peeling head, a non-peeling head that leaves the liner on the tape, and a waste-rewinding head. Customers choose the head that matches how liner and waste must be handled. Each tapes at ±1 mm and 500 mm/s, measures approx. 600 × 300 × 500 mm and weighs 8 kg.

The YIXING floor-standing 3-axis tape applicator is a custom-built taping machine. The X axis moves the tape head front to back while the Y and Z axes handle left-right moves, so it can tape around a panel's outline or at several positions on long panels. ±1 mm, 500 mm/s, full safety enclosure.

Dual-Head Tape Applicator with Magnetic Unloading

The YIXING dual-head tape applicator is a custom build for taping flat faces on uneven parts that do not sit steadily. Parts are loaded into fixtures by hand, four strips go on at once, and a magnetic pick-up on a motion module unloads them; the two heads work in turn. Approx. 2000 × 1600 × 1500 mm, 260 kg.
