Overview
The wide-format applicator combines tape application and film lamination in one machine. Parts are loaded into a push-pull fixture on a vacuum adsorption platform, pneumatic clamps hold the film, and a roller laminates it flat before the film is cut automatically.
In the factory demo video the machine laminates five hardware parts in one cycle. Film width, fixture layout and platform size are built to your parts.
How it works
- 1 Load the parts into the push-pull fixture on the vacuum platform.
- 2 Vacuum and pneumatic clamps hold the parts and the film in place.
- 3 The roller laminates film or tape across a width of up to 450 mm.
- 4 The film is cut automatically and the parts are unloaded.
