Quick answers
- The YIXING inline conveyor tape applicator loads the part, cuts the tape automatically, applies it and unloads, at ±2 mm accuracy and 500 mm/s.
- The YIXING inline conveyor tape applicator is designed for flat parts, can add an automatic part-separating function and can be customized to any size.
- The YIXING inline conveyor tape applicator measures approx. 1500 × 780 × 1400 mm, weighs 150 kg and runs on 220 V / 50 Hz.
- The YIXING inline conveyor tape applicator applies double-sided, 3M, clear and high-temperature tape 3–50 mm wide on reels with a 76 mm core ID and 250 mm OD.
- The YIXING inline conveyor tape applicator is made by Dongguan Yixing Automation Equipment Co., Ltd.; brochure samples show tape on long plastic strips and flat strip-shaped parts.
Overview
The inline conveyor model turns taping into a flow process for flat parts. After a part is loaded, the machine cuts the tape automatically, applies it to the part's flat face, and the part is then unloaded. Brochure samples are long plastic strips and flat strip-shaped parts.
An automatic part-separating function can be added to reduce manual handling, and the machine is built to order — any size can be customized. On the tape side, it handles double-sided, 3M, clear and high-temperature tape from 3 to 50 mm wide (liner width), wound on 76 mm cores with a 250 mm reel OD.
Taping accuracy is ±2 mm (excluding product and tape tolerances) and speed 500 mm/s. Overall dimensions are approx. 1500 × 780 × 1400 mm (L × W × H); it weighs 150 kg and runs on 220 V / 50 Hz.
How it works
- 1 Load the part (an automatic part-separating function can be added)
- 2 The tape is cut automatically
- 3 The cut tape is applied to the part's flat face
- 4 Unload the taped part
Key advantages
Continuous inline flow
Loading, cutting, applying and unloading run in sequence, suited to flat parts in continuous production.
Cut first, then apply
The tape is cut automatically before it goes onto the part.
Optional automatic part separation
Add the automatic part-separating function so parts do not have to be separated by hand.
Any size, built to order
A custom-built model; any size can be customized to the customer's product.
±2 mm accuracy
Taping accuracy ±2 mm (excluding product and tape tolerances) at a taping speed of 500 mm/s.
150 kg machine
Approx. 1500 × 780 × 1400 mm and 150 kg, on 220 V / 50 Hz.

Selection tips
- For uneven parts that do not sit steadily, choose the dual-head tape applicator with magnetic unloading (custom build, four strips at once).
- If you need ±1 mm accuracy, look at vacuum- or fixture-based models such as the floor-standing 2-axis tape applicator.
- For small parts loaded by hand, the desktop tape applicator (300 × 300 mm stroke) is the compact option.
- If the release liner must be rewound during taping, choose the floor-standing rotary-platform tape applicator with liner peeling.
