Quick answers
- The YIXING automatic horizontal round bottle labeling machine runs at 100–200 pcs/min with ±1 mm labeling accuracy (excluding product and label tolerances).
- The YIXING automatic horizontal round bottle labeler suits cylindrical products that cannot stand, such as filter cartridges, oral liquid vials, injection vials, syringes and lipstick tubes, and applies full or partial wrap labels.
- The YIXING automatic horizontal round bottle labeler takes labels 6–250 mm long and 6–150 mm wide, and its product size is customized to the customer's samples.
- The YIXING automatic horizontal round bottle labeler measures approx. 2000 × 780 × 1400 mm, weighs 180 kg and runs on 220 V / 50 Hz.
- YIXING builds the automatic horizontal round bottle labeler with 2 feed structures, bottle-separating feed or roller feed, and offers an optional coder or inkjet coder for dates, batch numbers and barcodes.
Overview
Some cylindrical products simply do not stand steadily: filter cartridges, oral liquid vials, injection vials, syringes and lipstick tubes. This horizontal labeler handles them lying down instead of upright, and is widely used in the food, cosmetics and medical industries.
Products are loaded into the feed structure, which separates them one at a time and passes each to full-wrap or partial-wrap labeling. Output is 100–200 pcs/min depending on product and label size, with ±1 mm labeling accuracy (excluding product and label tolerances), which suits high-volume lines of small vials and slim tubes. Two feed structures are available: Version A with a bottle-separating feed and Version B with a roller feed.
Product size is customized to the samples you supply. Labels from 6 to 250 mm long and 6 to 150 mm wide (liner width) are supported, and larger labels can be custom-built. An optional coder or inkjet coder prints production dates and batch numbers on the label, or inkjet-prints barcodes. It occupies approx. 2000 × 780 × 1400 mm, weighs 180 kg and runs on 220 V / 50 Hz.
How it works
- 1 Load the products into the feed structure (Version A bottle-separating feed or Version B roller feed)
- 2 The feed structure separates the products one at a time
- 3 Each product receives a full-wrap or partial-wrap label
Key advantages
Labels products that can't stand
Products are labeled lying horizontally, which suits filters, oral liquid vials, injection vials, syringes and lipstick tubes.
100–200 pcs/min
High output for small vials and slim tubes, depending on product and label size.
Two feed structures
Choose Version A bottle-separating feed or Version B roller feed; either way, products are separated one by one before labeling.
Full or partial wrap
Full-wrap and partial-wrap labeling on one machine at ±1 mm accuracy (excluding product and label tolerances).
Labels from 6 mm
Handles labels 6–250 mm long and 6–150 mm wide, including the narrow labels used on vials.
Coding and barcodes
Add a coder or inkjet coder to print dates and batch numbers on the label, or to inkjet-print barcodes.

Selection tips
- Bottles that stand upright and need single or double labels with circumferential positioning: choose the automatic positioning round bottle labeler (30–60 pcs/min).
- Upright bottles and jars with one label each: the automatic roll-rubbing wrap-around labeler runs at 60–120 pcs/min.
- Low volumes: the semi-automatic round bottle labeler also lays bottles horizontally, at 15–30 pcs/min for Ø10–120 mm products.
