Quick answers
- YIXING's vision-guided labeling machine reaches ±0.05 mm labeling accuracy (product and label tolerances excluded) at 15–25 pcs/min.
- The YIXING vision labeler feeds labels from a label feeder, picks them with an XYZR-axis module and takes upper- and lower-camera positioning images before application.
- The YIXING vision-guided labeling machine handles products 10–200 mm long, 10–200 mm wide and 0.2–150 mm high, with labels 6–90 mm long and 6–100 mm wide.
- The YIXING vision labeler is used in electronics for chargers, PCBs and irregular parts, and can run multiple heads or add a printing function.
- The YIXING vision-guided labeling machine, made by Dongguan Yixing Automation Equipment Co., Ltd., has an enclosed cabinet of approx. 1500 × 1000 × 1350 mm and weighs 180 kg.
Overview
This is YIXING's precision positioning labeler for the electronics industry. It is aimed at the hard cases, where precision converted components (die-cut parts) and labels are difficult to place on chargers, PCBs and irregular-shaped products, and it works at ±0.05 mm accuracy (excluding product and label tolerances) and 15–25 pcs/min, depending on product and label size.
The sequence is: product loading → vision-guided label stop / alignment position → the label feeder presents the label → the XYZR-axis module (X, Y, Z plus rotation) picks it up → the upper camera takes a positioning image → the lower camera takes a positioning image → the label is applied. Two camera checks happen before every placement.
Products 10–200 mm long, 10–200 mm wide and 0.2–150 mm high are supported, with labels 6–90 mm long and 6–100 mm wide (liner width); labels larger than this can be built to order. The machine can run with multiple heads and can have a printing function added. It is housed in an enclosed cabinet of approx. 1500 × 1000 × 1350 mm, weighs 180 kg and runs on 220 V / 50 Hz.
How it works
- 1 Load the product
- 2 The product reaches the vision-guided label stop / alignment position
- 3 The label feeder presents the label
- 4 The XYZR-axis module (X, Y, Z plus rotation) picks up the label
- 5 The upper camera takes a positioning image
- 6 The lower camera takes a positioning image
- 7 The label is applied to the product
Key advantages
±0.05 mm accuracy
Labeling accuracy of ±0.05 mm (excluding product and label tolerances) for precision converted components in electronics.
Upper and lower cameras
After pick-up, positioning images are taken by an upper camera and then a lower camera before the label goes on.
XYZR-axis pick-up
An X, Y, Z plus rotation module takes the label from the feeder, so the label can be turned as well as moved.
Multi-head and printing
Runs with multiple heads where a product needs several labels, and a printing function can be added.
Small and irregular parts
Handles products 10–200 mm long and wide and 0.2–150 mm high, including chargers, PCBs and irregular-shaped parts.
Enclosed cabinet
Fully enclosed machine body, approx. 1500 × 1000 × 1350 mm, 180 kg, 220 V / 50 Hz.

Selection tips
- For small precision parts where ±0.3 mm is enough, the semi-automatic high-precision labeling machine (±0.3 mm) is a simpler fixture-based option.
- For automatic suction labeling of boxes, lids and electronic parts at ±0.5 mm, look at the automatic high-precision labeling machine (25–35 pcs/min).
- If you already run a conveyor and only need a top or side labeling station, the inline labeling heads (±1 mm, 1–120 pcs/min) can be added to the line.
