Quick answers
- YIXING inline labeling heads come in five types (A–E): gantry-mounted top, side suction, side roll-on, top roll-on and top suction.
- YIXING inline labeling heads mount beside the customer's conveyor and apply top or side labels at 1–120 pcs/min with ±1 mm accuracy.
- On YIXING inline labeling heads, roll-on application suits flat products and suction application suits products with recesses.
- For roll-on application, YIXING inline labeling heads handle labels 6–250 mm long and 6–150 mm wide; suction heads handle 6–100 mm in both directions.
- The YIXING inline labeling head unit measures approx. 1000 × 800 × 1350 mm, weighs 80 kg and runs on 220 V / 50 Hz; product size depends on conveyor width.
Overview
These labeling heads are for plants that already run a conveyor and only need a labeling station. Configured to the customer's requirements, a head is mounted beside the line and labels the top or the side of each product when it arrives at the labeling position. The product size range is set by the width of the customer's conveyor.
Five head types are available: A, gantry-mounted top labeling head; B, side suction (tamp) head; C, side roll-on head; D, top roll-on head; and E, top suction (tamp) head. Choose by product surface first (roll-on application suits flat products, suction application suits products with recesses), then by whether the label goes on the top or the side.
Speed ranges from 1 to 120 pcs/min at ±1 mm accuracy (excluding product and label tolerances). With suction application the label can be 6–100 mm in both length and liner width; roll-on application accepts longer labels, 6–250 mm long and 6–150 mm wide. The listed unit size is approx. 1000 × 800 × 1350 mm, with a weight of 80 kg and a 220 V / 50 Hz supply.
How it works
- 1 Choose the head type and mount it beside the customer's conveyor
- 2 The conveyor carries each product to the labeling position
- 3 The head applies the label to the top or side of the product by roll-on or suction
Key advantages
Five head types
A gantry top, B side suction, C side roll-on, D top roll-on and E top suction, matched to the labeling face and product surface.
Fits your existing conveyor
Mounted beside the customer's conveyor to add a top or side labeling station to the line.
Roll-on or suction
Roll-on application for flat products; suction (tamp) application for products with recesses.
1–120 pcs/min
A wide speed range of 1–120 pcs/min at ±1 mm accuracy, excluding product and label tolerances.
Roll-on labels up to 250 mm long
Roll-on heads take labels 6–250 mm long by 6–150 mm wide (liner width), longer than the 6–100 mm limit for suction heads.
Product size set by the line
The product size range depends on the conveyor width; the unit is approx. 1000 × 800 × 1350 mm, 80 kg, 220 V / 50 Hz.

- A: Gantry-mounted top labeling head
- B: Side suction (tamp) labeling head
- C: Side roll-on labeling head
- D: Top roll-on labeling head
- E: Top suction (tamp) labeling head
Selection tips
- If you do not have a conveyor yet, choose a complete machine such as the automatic flat top-surface labeling machine or the automatic side labeling machine (40–120 pcs/min).
- If barcodes or QR codes must be printed on the line, the side print-and-apply labeling machine (15–30 pcs/min) can also be mounted on your existing conveyor.
- For top labels pick head A, D or E; for side labels, B or C. Use roll-on heads (C, D) on flat surfaces and suction heads (B, E) on recessed ones.
