Overview
This labeler is aimed at softer bags and irregular products fed from a stack, and it also handles general flat-surface labeling. Rather than a card dispenser, it separates the pieces with suction: the operator places a stack on the page-feeding conveyor, each piece is drawn off by vacuum onto the labeling conveyor, labeled at the labeling position and collected in a receiving tray.
Its product range is 60–400 mm in length and 40–400 mm in width. It labels 30–50 pcs/min (the rate depends on product and label size) with ±1 mm accuracy, excluding product and label tolerances.
