Side and Wrap-Around Labeling Machine with Automatic Discharge

This custom machine combines side labeling, wrap-around labeling and coding in one unit. The brochure photo shows a wrap-around labeling station and a side labeling head on the same conveyor, a coding unit and a touchscreen, and a long chute on the left; the machine's name indicates automatic discharge. It is built to the product and label plan, so its specifications are not fixed and follow the design agreed for each project.

Each labeling method has a standard counterpart. The automatic side labeling machine conveys products one by one to the labeling position for side labels, comes in basic and standard versions, can omit the powered top hold-down for heavy products, and accepts an optional coder or inkjet printer for dates, batch numbers or barcodes on the label. The automatic positioning round bottle labeler takes upright cylindrical products, rotates each one a full turn at the labeling position, covers half or full wraps, and with the optional circumferential positioning sensor labels at a fixed point.

For reference, the standard side labeler runs at 40–120 pcs/min and the standard positioning round bottle labeler at 30–60 pcs/min, both at ±1 mm. Those are standard-model figures; the combined machine's speed and accuracy are assessed from your product and station layout.
