Three-Head Positioning Round Bottle Labeling Machine

This custom machine is a round bottle labeling line on a stainless-steel frame. The brochure photo shows three labeling stations along the conveyor and a touchscreen. Compared with the single- or double-label setups common on round bottle labelers, three stations can share out more labels or more label positions, which suits bottles that carry several labels; how the stations divide the work is decided per project from the bottle and label design.

Its related standard models are the automatic positioning round bottle labeler and the automatic roll-rubbing wrap-around labeler. The first handles larger cylindrical products that stand upright: each bottle travels upright to the labeling position, turns one full rotation while the label is applied, then exits. It applies single or double labels with freely adjustable spacing, covers half or full wraps, and with the optional circumferential positioning sensor places labels at a fixed point. The second also takes upright bottles, applies one label and finishes it by roll-rubbing. The word "positioning" in this machine's name refers to positioned labeling; the method is chosen to suit the bottle.

For reference, the standard positioning labeler is rated at ±1 mm and 30–60 pcs/min; those are standard-model figures, and the three-head line's bottle range, speed and accuracy are set in its own design.
