- The YIXING real-time print-and-blow labeler blows printed labels onto uneven products such as garments, frozen products, fruit and vegetables.
- The YIXING real-time print-and-blow labeler takes labels 20–150 mm long and 20–104 mm wide (liner width), with a selectable printer brand and model.
- The YIXING real-time print-and-blow labeler weighs 160 kg, measures approx. 1200 × 1000 × 1350 mm and uses 220 V / 50 Hz power.
- The YIXING real-time print-and-blow labeler prints QR codes, barcodes, production dates and product specifications; the unit shown in the brochure includes a printer and a PC.
Overview
This machine handles print-and-apply labeling of products whose surface is not flat — garments, frozen products, fruit and vegetables. Products travel on a conveyor to the labeling point, the printer receives the print data and prints the QR code, barcode, production date or product specification, and the label is then blown onto the product with air.
After the air-blow application, a label-pressing (wipe-down) structure chosen for the product's characteristics presses the label down before the product is discharged. The unit shown in the brochure includes a printer and a PC, and the printer brand and model can be chosen. The standard label range is 20–150 mm in length and 20–104 mm in liner width; other sizes are covered by selecting a different printer model.
Throughput is 10–15 pcs/min and varies with product, label size and printer model; accuracy is ±3 mm (excluding product and label tolerances). Product size has no fixed limit and depends on the conveyor line. The labeler can sit on your existing conveyor or be built as an all-in-one unit with its own conveyor; it measures approx. 1200 × 1000 × 1350 mm, weighs 160 kg and runs on 220 V / 50 Hz.
How it works
- 1 Place the product on the conveyor, which carries it to the labeling point
- 2 The printer receives the print data and prints the label
- 3 The label is blown onto the product with air
- 4 A label-pressing structure selected for the product presses the label down
- 5 The labeled product is discharged
Key advantages
Air-blow application
Labels are blown onto the product, which suits uneven items such as garments, frozen food and produce.
Real-time printing
The printer prints each QR code, barcode, date or specification from the data it receives.
Pressing structure matched to the product
Different label-pressing structures are selected to suit each product's characteristics.
Printer chosen by label size
Standard labels are 20–150 mm long and 20–104 mm wide; other sizes are handled by choosing another printer model, and the brand is your choice.
Conveyor-mounted or all-in-one
Install it on your existing line or order it with its own conveyor; the machine is approx. 1200 × 1000 × 1350 mm.
10–15 pcs/min, ±3 mm
Speed depends on product, label size and printer model; accuracy excludes product and label tolerances.

Selection tips
- For printed labels on the sides of cartons or drums where you need more speed and accuracy, choose the side print-and-apply labeler (15–30 pcs/min, ±1 mm).
- For stacks of cards, PE bags or cartons, choose the card-dispensing print-and-apply labeler (30–60 pcs/min).
- If the label content is fixed and only dates or batch numbers change on flat products, consider the automatic flat top-surface labeler with an optional ribbon coder or inkjet coder.
