Quick answers
- The YIXING print-and-fold cable labeling machine includes a display and a printer and prints and applies fold-over labels in one step at ±0.3 mm and 15–25 pcs/min.
- The YIXING print-and-fold labeler uses fixtures for 1–3, 2–5, 3–7 and 4–10 mm workpieces, with one fixture set included as standard.
- The YIXING print-and-fold cable labeling machine applies labels 30–100 mm long and 20–100 mm wide, and larger sizes can be built to order.
- The YIXING print-and-fold labeler needs 220 V / 50 Hz power and 0.4–0.6 MPa air, and measures approx. 910 × 800 × 1100 mm at 80 kg.
- The YIXING print-and-fold cable labeling machine, made by Dongguan Yixing Automation Equipment Co., Ltd., applies printed QR-code flag labels to cables and wire harnesses.
Overview
Built for plants that need printed flag labels on wires and cables, this machine pairs a printer with suction-assisted fold-over labeling. Each label is printed and then folded around the workpiece on the same machine, which removes a separate printing step and raises working efficiency. The samples show a printed QR-code label on a cable and printed fold-over labels on wire harnesses.
It covers the same kinds of work as a fold-over labeler: tubes, wires and cables, and craft items such as power cords, data cables, lollipops, jelly products and hardware. With the part in the fixture, the machine prints, picks up the label by suction and folds it over the part, at ±0.3 mm (excluding product and label tolerances) and 15–25 pcs/min depending on product and label size.
Fixtures are sized for 1–3, 2–5, 3–7 and 4–10 mm workpieces, with one set supplied as standard; swapping fixtures lets it handle other sizes. Labels can be 30–100 mm long and 20–100 mm wide, and larger labels can be custom-built. It runs on 220 V / 50 Hz with a 0.4–0.6 MPa air supply, in a machine body of approx. 910 × 800 × 1100 mm weighing 80 kg.
How it works
- 1 Load the cable or wire harness into the fixture
- 2 The printer prints the label content, for example a QR code
- 3 The printed label is held by suction and folded around the workpiece
- 4 Unload the part and start the next print-and-label cycle
Key advantages
Print and label in one pass
The printer is part of the machine, so each label is printed and folded onto the part without a separate printing step.
Printed QR-code flags
Applies printed QR-code labels and printed fold-over labels to cables and wire harnesses, with the content printed on the spot.
Four fixture sizes
Fixtures for 1–3, 2–5, 3–7 and 4–10 mm workpieces; one set is standard, and swapping the fixture adapts the machine to other sizes.
±0.3 mm at 15–25 pcs/min
Printed labels are folded on within ±0.3 mm (excluding product and label tolerances); speed varies with product and label size.
Labels 30–100 mm long
Label range 30–100 mm long by 20–100 mm wide, with larger labels available as custom builds.
Display and printer included
One semi-automatic unit carrying both the display and the printer, approx. 910 × 800 × 1100 mm and 80 kg.

- Fixture change to suit other workpiece sizes
- Larger labels available as a custom build
Selection tips
- If your labels arrive pre-printed, the fold-over (flag) labeling machine (Ø2.2–6.5 mm or 6.5–10.5 mm, labels 6–28 mm long) handles the job without a printer.
- For jobs that call for two labeling heads on one workpiece, the related option is the dual-head label fold-over machine, a custom build.
- For printed labels on the side of cartons or drums rather than folded around a cable, choose the side print-and-apply labeling machine (15–30 pcs/min).
